alright, so i was sitting my friends place the other night and something popped into my head, say if i were to get a clone, and he started to cause some shit to cause some shit and i ended up killing him, would it be considered murder or suicide??????

depends where you were. if you were in a state that recognized clones as human beings, it would obviously be murder, but if your clone was not recognized by the state, i don't think anyone would challenge your right to kill it.

A clone would be the weirdest thing in the whole entire world to ever have, for one they would be very much younger than you. you would have to raise it first and then consider the possibilities. But this also brings to surface many other questions. ummm...your clone isnt an exact copy of you...it still has to grow up too so its a few years being...so therefore anything you do to/with your clone also carries the charge of being done to a minor...so its worse

if nobody knew about the clone, it'd be like Dr. Frankenstein killing his monster. Nobody would know, so it wouldn't affect anybody. It'd only affect you, being the person to kill the clone. You would be responsible for the creation and destruction of the clone. Awful.
