Chris Booth.. and for those who dont belive it he almost pulled a Lincon loop to rodeo 7

in 2002 at high north.. im sure some one on here saw it go down?

i think he got axed but still im sure it showed a few people what was possible ..

ive posted this video before.. freestyle back in the day was gnarley..

but im just saying that chris booth was almost landing ox axis doubles even before mike willson

Well...... Schrabs did double misty 7's before booth, and Toben souther land did flair to front, aaaaaaand the on homie did risky flips.... the list goes on. good for booth but your not very right.

Word matone this is true. Toben used to coach me back in the day I remember he was doing flair to front which he named the "venus flytrap" in a fockin quaterpipe like when i was like 8 or 9 years old (2001-2002) thats crrrrrrazy, especially for back then

Toben coaches a freeride team in Ontario now, we had a nice chat about the flytrap this summer. His Kids are ridiculously good too.

it was definately rick wroboloski(spelling), the guy was throwing risky flips in the backcountry A LONG TIME AGO, the above video shows one (the top vid) and i remember seing him attempt this long before he landed it in the clip above

Rick Robowski's Risky Flip was the winter of 2000-2001.  He wanted to name it the Reginald Denny, after the truck driver that got beet down in the LA riots. Because he got so beet up trying to learn it.  The Risky flip just had that nice ring.  Wilsons dub 10 was the first dub cork (not flipped) but one could debate that.

well aerials has been going on since the 70s but im not sure how many people on this site follow aerials altogether that much, i cant say that i do, and i got from the nature of the thread it was more recently because Jon made the double famous but maybe they didnt know if he was 1st or not.

p.s. mike wilson was -3 when that video cam out.

the risky flip isn't even the argument, clearly luke schrab up there did dub misty 14 in balance long before the wilson flip wich was quite "on axis" for a few years I.E when he did it in the Open big air, point is booth wasn't firt, wilson wasn't first.

The Collins brothers were throwing down some doubles in a Helly Hanson video 5 or 6 years ago.  They were basically doing a D spin to back flip.  Wilson was throwing them early too.  I forget who thew a dub front in the 2000 or 2001 winter x games.  Pretty crazy how a dub front won in this years x games.

well him and jon both learned them as the "DJ flip" which is supposed to be double 10, but is really just a risky flip. then another 180 was added. so him and jon at the same time, but jon just learned the PK way which is more a true cork instead of dspins
