doing anything with two hands while driving is retarded. Bad drivers should be banned, I text/talk while driving, but driving is the priority. Ill throw the phone down if needed.

texting while driving is the easiest thing to do and safe aslong as your not retarded.  how would you ever even get caught texting while driving unless the cop was in the car while your getting pulled over i don't see how they would have proof.
