Snow Withdrawls?

Im having them. Ill watch Hunting Yeti or something, and be super stoked to go ski, but then look out the window and its 100 degrees. It blows.  I see Eric Pollard, Mahre, Pep, Seth Morrison, Bryce Phillips, and all these other guys go ski neck deep pow and meanwhile im sitting in my chair thinking about how bad it sucks not to be able to go do that. I cant wait to go shred pow.

it was stormy a few days ago, so I though

then I remembered it was July sometime a few hours later.

I feel dead when I can't ski. The only time I get really stoked is when think about skiing, but then I realize I have another 4 months before skiing and I get depressed again.

i feel ya man, i've tried all kinds of stuff, but nothing even remotely fills the void. except skiing. its nice to live in seattle where if you know where to go you can still find snow as late as june, but after that, it sucks man. straight up, it just sucks.

once fall hits i go insane. i just can't take it, the air reminds me so much of winter and waking up to my cat in my blanket because she is so cold. It reminds me SOOOOO much of winter, it is the only time that i cry.

Summer forget about it, i forget what winter is like because i am not that into it.

Spring i feel depressed because of the rainy weather in NY and no more skiing on weekends hits me hard.

but in winter if i have and injury, i am just restless. I love winter because of the feeling it brings me.

I'm the same as everyone else on here.  I also find that I get in more trouble when there isn't snow on the ground... end up doing stupid things in place of skiing hahaha

Yea, i do that sometimes. All it does is make want to ski. Another problem is that i obsess with skiing deep pow, so even if i had a backyard setup, it wouldnt help much. i think i might try and ski Rainier. My friend just did and said it was epic.

i dreamed about watching refresh it was weird. right as the movie was about to start they told me i couldnt watch it so i got super mad, but then i woke up and realized its not out yet, so i just got sad :(

Winter here in NZ, pretty stoked. Goggle tan is coming along nicely.

Problem is that when summer comes around here, and it's the northern hemisphere winter, I watch x-games and it's like torture. All the best edit's come out too and it drives me insane.

when I was little I always wanted it to snow ice cream so I could go play in it and eat it all, then I grew up and realized snow is better than ice cream, the yellow is lemonade and the brown is chocolate

I'm in full blown winter widthdrawl. My summer sucked dick...I had to move back with my parents in philly for 3 months but in 10 days I'll be back in good old CO in a new apartment. Just seeing the mountains will lift my spirits. I'm gonna hit up the tramps and woodward at copper as many times as I can before snow falls. I tried to stay away from NS as much as I could over the summer...but it's just a natural reaction to go on here when I'm bored
