Does anyone know what this means.

There is a wicked radio show here in toronto in the mornings called the Dean Blundel Show. One of the funniest shows to listen to on the planet. Anyways, frequently the 3 guys who are on the show burst out laughing when other people say 811. I don't get why it is so funny. They will say "Nikki say 811 really fast" and she will and they will fall off their chairs laughing so hard.

If anyone gets it, let me know. Thanks. It has to be something sexual, retarded or peverted, thats all these guys talk about and laugh about. Thanks for the help.

At least in my town 811 is the phone number you call before you do any digging or excavating so the City comes and locates ground utilities so you don't hit them when you dig. I cant see why that would be relevant or funny however.

i listen to the dean blundell show pretty often, and i've heard this used and never understood it... i hope someone can clarify.

i think its a reference to some sort of sexual act no doubt (considering the nature of the show)

Well the Nikki person is the guest the have on every Friday and they do all kinda of stuff like this to her. So it's not like a big deal or anything. She is 'Psychic Nikki' and they make a lot of fun of her
