Don't listen to that guy, skogens are too soft for all around. Pollards would be a better choice if you want to go Line, but they only come in 186.

NOBODY IS A 150! how tall are you? You should only be on a 150 if you're about 4 foot 3.

yeah, 160 is plenty short. Im like 5'4-5 or so and ride 170's, they're like 2 inches over my head

your the same as me- exact same.. i sport the 159 PE, it's a great all around ski but the MSP or TM are great choices too

The thing with MSPs is they might be too stiff for what he wants to do with them, same for madtrix. I don't know if they make Vpros that small. 159 PEs are too short for someone who's 5'4'', especially since he'll get bigger.

Depends on the type of skiing you do too...east coast or west? 163 Mad Trix might be a nice ski for you. How old are you?

Keep in mind he might want a softer ski if he is 110 pounds. But if he is like 13 or something and is gonna be 5'7' 130 next year, maybe it's not a problem.

I don't know a LOT about the PEs... If you are 5'2', you could prolly get the 160s, but that is just my opinion. Depends entirely on how much you plan to grow, and if you slide rails and all that too. But it IS late in the season...If you were to get the 170s this late, then you would ski them a couple times, and maybe they would be too long. But next year, if you figure you are gonna ba like 5'6' or so, then go for it.
