Regular biking at ski resorts

Many bike resorts allow ski bikes on the slopes. I've also seen some resorts that allow normal bikes (with snow tires of course) on the slopes. If the resort says snow bikes are allowed, does that mean normal ones are too?

I have always wanted to hit up a park with my dh, but have always wondered if I could or not.

I understand that snowbikes are different than normal bikes with studded tires, and you make a good point by letting it depend on the resort. I doubt they would have the racks on from summer, and taking a bike on the lift serves a bigger challenge than riding on the snow (and legal rights and stuff). Snow bikes have that big seat to where you can sit the bike on the edge of the chair.
