Compition advice

well, throw your best/most stylish/most tech trick at the bottom, especially if it's a switch takeoff or switch landing trick
also, go throught the course smoothly, if you ladn switch on one jump, stay switch and take off switchon the next, stuff like that if you know what i mean to make your run look really smooth
as for cork 3's, they're not too bad, just drop your shoulder as you start spinning, if you have good air sense you shouldn;'t have a problem

alright thanks man, thanks alot, yeah i am really good at switch i work hardest on that but a cork 3 doesn't sound hard like when i start spinning drop my left shoulder down and look back? and what about comming for the landing?

just do what u do, dont try anything new because landing is worth something too, ive made that mistake a few times

if the judges dont know whats the deal is just spin as fast as u can no style requiered. i lost a big air doing a switch unnaty 7 to some dude who did a penciled out 900. ahhh but if they know what the deal is smooth ness is key. do things u know u can do with the most style as possible. if u cant do a cark 3 then a comp isnt the best place to learn but if u learn it before u go so u know u can do it it gives u alot more confidence. some goes for any other trick u want to pull

btu for the cork 3, you really won';t find it too hard...
i never even really thought about corking a 3 until i saw CR do one a year ago or so, andi was like yeah ill try that but i bet it's hard, but it's really not that bad, as you come around for the landing, unless you threw yourself into a BIG cork, your feet will come back under you naturally

best advice is have fun, dont let the whole comp thing get in your head, so its a comp, who gives a shit, just drop in and pretend your havin a private run through the park and theres a bunch of people stoked to see you, cause they really are stoked to see you, as for cork threes, the best advice is this....

alright thanks this helps loads, i am working my butt off tomorrow to perfect all of my stuff then on sunday i practice is from 9 - 10:30 so i got a hour and a half to do the runs but we have to wait for the snowboard freestyle to get over with so i will probably chill in the pipe

but as for the cork 3 pic he showed, that's a perfect cork3 but don't try to cork it THAT much on your first try...
