i turned 16 last year august 20th, and ended up getting my permit february 20th (lost my social secuirity card so i had to get a new one} and was wondering, when i turn 17 august 20th, will i be able to drive after 9, even tho ive only had my permit 6 months, and i did take drivers ed and my roadtest is the 10th of august
if u pass august 10th, they'll give u a paper and it won't be valid after 9:00. see this is confusing because then they send u a real license. but since 10 days later is your birthday, they might just send the after 9 license.
if you took drivers ed then when you get your license you have to show your dr ed certificate then it should say cass d and not dj but the law just changed so Idk what it is now, that.s what I did though.
drivers ed doesnt end till the 14th of august, and the slip wont come till mid-late august, so hopefully ill just beable to go to the dmv and show them the slip and they can send me a new license
here in pa if you have your junior license with more then 6 months with no points and took the on road driving class then you can get senior at 6 months. if not then its 18
