i dont think its a carls jr. cause there was an add for 99 cent tacos in the window

also, it all happened so fast, anyone working there, at least if it would have been me, would have just been like what the fuck just happened, and kinda just stand there stunned

Definitely a Carl's Jr... there is a star on a sign when he goes to get back in the SUV.  So I would bet money that this was all arranged before hand and it's just for publicity.  But still a good advertisement.
