Stretching ...?

So I am relatively new to skating (just started); but I did a 3 hour sesh today (trying to learn new tricks) and I am extremely sore. I did stretch beforehand but was wondering what your routine is before you hit the park/urban ...

Do you stretch before you hit the park? And if so what do you do?

ya, and um, hammys, quaddys, buttocks, calveys, groinsers, and neck sometimes if im hitting a stair set over 30 stairs
