I couldn't believe there wasn't a thread on this already.. but has anyone seen this documentary?
it's pretty ridiculous.. it's about a woman who took a flight with her family from her home in australia to indonesia for a vacation, and got caught with 10 pounds of dank in her suitcase at the airport in bali.. however, indonesia has a slightly different punishment for a crime of that nature, not a massive fine or jail time.. but it can be punishable by the death penalty.
so it basically documents the 7 months of her in jail (which is like hell in indonesia) leading up to her trial where she literally fights for her life.. she claims that she has no idea where it came from, and actually has a pretty convincing plea.. I won't say what the final verdict was, as it made the documentary much more interesting not knowing (you can wiki it or wait for someone to spoil it in this thread).
anyways, for all you dudes with comcast, it's on demand under the HBO documentary section.. I definitely recommend watching.
