the vholder is pretty good for the price and has lots of mounting options, the gopro is cheap but had to figure out the correct angle because you cant really see where your shooting, but it does have a wide angle lense and a lot of mounting options, and the vio pov is the top of the line camera and can do everything, personally i would go with the vholder,

the wide angle lens gives you more field of view. the original GO PRO wasn't the greatest because it had limited FOV. the wide angle lens gives you 170degree vision.
the only thing i don't like about the wide angle lens is that it really distorts the speed you're tavelling at. on my downhill bike it looks like im going a lot slower than i really am. other than that, i love my GO PRO
