Yes.  Go Pro camera's are so sick.  I was going to get one until my bike was stolen and I had to buy a new one.  The helmet pro is only like $180 but you can find it online for around $130 which was the lowest I found.  They just came out with an HD one for $300.

the vholder is pretty good for the price and has lots of mounting options, the gopro is cheap but had to figure out the correct angle because you cant really see where your shooting, but it does have a wide angle lense and a lot of mounting options, and the vio pov is the top of the line camera and can do everything, personally i would go with the vholder,

the one issue i have with go pro is it goes thru batteries in no time. especially in the winter. i was lucky to get 10min on a fresh pair of batteries (not lithiums). so far for summertime use its better. i get about and hrs work of filming which still isnt great but it works.

some of those look super legit. everyone is talking about a wide angle lense what is so great about that? id be super down to have a fisheye lense on one of these things

the wide angle lens gives you more field of view. the original GO PRO wasn't the greatest because it had limited FOV. the wide angle lens gives you 170degree vision.

the only thing i don't like about the wide angle lens is that it really distorts the speed you're tavelling at. on my downhill bike it looks like im going a lot slower than i really am. other than that, i love my GO PRO

im not going to ski with this every day and i dont really like the idea of screwing it into my helmet. if you mount these on you goggles do they actually not bounce around?

this is a wild guess and could just be the result of me having vivid dreams about Andy perry and will wesson sessioning rails n stuff...
but...
i tought i'd seen andy wear a gopro in one of the TC episodes that was just attached with straps through the vent hole of his helmets and the footage it produced was good, so i think that answers your question...

but on a sidenote, the mounting brackets for a gopro are really low-profile, a friend of mine has one on his longboard and he just leaves it on, even when he isnt filming, and the bracket doesnt bother at all...
so i guess you could do the same to your helmet...
