I think it is only 1.  Five dollars is alot for one sticker.  I do not know though, I want to buy some but that is alot.  Maybe 5 shipped because it's a good cause but I can buy a NS sticker pack for $5

Its not about the sticker, it's about donating to a really good cause. The sticker is icing on the cake IMO
