Who did the first 630 onto rail?

What skier did the first 630 onto rail? Im thinking it was either tanner, vanular, or thovex. Anyone have a year or anything?

It was tanner or candide... pretty sure it was tanner though.  Candide definately took the first 810 though and some random french guy did 990 a few years back
