Don't know if anyone else has been surfing around on expn.com but Travis Pastrana, Kyla Loza and someone other dude have revealed the tricks are working on for FMX best trick.
Travis Pastrana: Is going to throw down a No Handed 360 Backflip.
Kyle Loza: Has been working on a Bike Flip as his next trick. I would like to see this guy stop being a one trick pony though and see him move on to doing full FMX freestyle runs.
Other Dude: Is doing a varaition of Kyle Loza's Electric Doom where he adds in a seat grab before landing
Then of course there are a group of gnarly dudes dialing in the front flip on a dirt bike also. More and more FMX is being influenced by BMX and I think it is awesome. For awhile the backflip was being over done and I thought it was getting boring to watch. But, know there are a dozen backflip variations, double backs, fronts and of course in 2004 Chuck Caruthers opened the door to varials. And Loza has spawned couple different varials himself. I have seen the video of Pastrana trying different varials before Loza and Caruthers; however, those two guys brought them into the competition ring. Overall, FMX seems to be getting crazier every year and soon it will be who ever is alive at the end will be the winner (RIP Lusk).
