Help with shirt design

So I'm designing a shirt for the snowboard club here and was wondering if you guys had any ideas on how to improve it and make it easier to read

If you are printing that on a shirt, start over.

Cant read it, needs to be much cleaner/simpler to keep costs down. Think about how many colors you are using too..

yea it looks sick, but it would cost so much to get one done. I would also suggest starting over and doing something more simple, with less colors. You could keep a couple that you have but don't go overboard with them. Also notice you had like 6 different little spots inside your letters, those look good but also would cost too much because of the amount of detail. You did a good job on making that tho!

their older shirts had 4 colors. this is only 3

still, I wouldn't want to  have something printed on my shirt that looks like it was done in paint.

Haha I just did him quickly. I took one of my pictures and colored him. it was just a rough draft
