Replying to Driving rules?

So, im basically going to be able to drive at the beginning of the season. so ill be driving up to my local mountain...

but ive heard a lot of rumors about the punishment of taking kids your age in the car with yuo, before youve had your liscense for 6 months.

my question is.. if i pack 3 of my friends in the back of my car and go to the pass, and somehow get pulled over on the way... whats the legal punishment for breaking the little 6 month rule?
