So from that stupid people don't know geography thread I was checking out the wikipedia article for countries average IQ's

Clearly these are just estimates but I'd like to give a NS dis to Canadians who think they're smart because you guys 1 point below the USA, (Mad Money Boooyeah). It also shows things we already know like all Asians are smarter than us, even Mongolians.
But what was really interesting is that the average IQ of about 8 African nations was below 70 which I gleaned from another Wikipedia article means that they are retarded.
Profound mental retardation
Below 20
Severe mental retardation
20–34
Moderate mental retardation
35–49
Mild mental retardation
50–69
Borderline intellectual functioning
70–79
Yeah the lowest average IQ being in Equatorial Guinea at just 59, meaning there average resident is Mildly retarded and a good portion of the population suffers from moderate to severe mental retardation.
What does this mean to you guys. Do you think that entire African nations are retarded? I certainly don't it probably just stems from high illiteracy rates and little to no education, not any sort of mental defects. The stats are still pretty interesting none the less.
