Xbox360: hdmi plus av cable?

Is it possible to fit a microsoft av cable and an hdmi cable in the pro console? I have a DD 5.1 sound system that has an adapter to av (which I can and do hook into the component hd av, but would prefer the slight picture difference of hdmi is possible) but it doesnt seem like there is enough room for both outputs... at least with the component. I don't have one but if someone has an old composite, can they see if it's smaller? Theoretically, then I could use hdmi picture and external sound via composite-adapter-system. Let me know what you think/know. thanks

I think both inputs are the same size. So you probably couldn't do that. But i'm not completely sure

what if i broke the plastic around the plug and wrapped it up with electrical tape? that should cut a little space and allow enough room for both. my only thought is, what is the box right by the input to the xbox? if it has something to do with power moderating or something I wouldnt wanna fuck with it. anyone know?

if your asking what i think your asking, you should be able to fit both with no problems, because ive got that setup on mine. but i could have just misunderstood what you were saying.. im tired
