i've done alot of business at the roundhouse and ive never had any problems ever. They are pretty sweet IMO. If you want another cool shop take a quick drive to helena for big sky boardsports. Simon's super legit
Chalet is probably the best shop in town. Roundhouse is a close second. They are owned by the same company and don't sell a lot of the same stuff. other than that Norther Lights is more of an AT type store with more BC setups. Bob wards is corporate, who knows what kinda quality you'll get there.... I take all my skis to Chalet and have had 3 pairs mounted there with no problems. However none of the shops in Bozo have done a good job at base repairs IN MY EXPERIENCE. I take my stuff to a pro shop out in Seattle when I need a repair done right, like a core shot.
Dude, save the drive, and go to gull ski in missoula. I work there and not to toot my own horn or anything, but the techs there are the best I've ever seen. never ever seen a base weld come out, and you usually can't even tell where they did work.
I've got like 8 welds in my bentchetlers, and they ski better than brand new after the work that's been done on them. no joke.
plus beer counts as an acceptable form of payment.
word i really like chalet. i havent really gone to roundhouse, but chalet has always treated me well. they remounted my bibbys for free when they sent me new ones cuz the first ones had a defect.
