that wallride section towards the beginning was banger.  that thing looked so easy to catch the front on and get fucked.

And that last 10 could be turned into a dub cork so quickly.

God damn that edit was (should I say it?) revolutionary. Sammy's style makes afterbang it's bitch. All I didn't really see though was a low amount of pretzels(he can do them anyways) and dubs(he can do those anyways), but that was only filmed in like 7 days to? I never paid much attention to him, but since the update on the front page I'm definately gonna keep my eyes on all of his edits.

i don't really think he's that great. all you guys are all over his dick because of some mute pokes, and that's ALL he does. he did like 4 in a row in that edit. his rail skills are no where near other pros, and he doesn't have doubles yet.

That edit definately looked like he still afterbangs. It's just a diferrent style of afterbang. Like T.Walls is super chill, then Brogan's is chill but he throws in his shoulder rock shit, but sammy throws down an aggressive bang. Not the common "thug" afterbang, but still afterbang in my mind

Just because he isn't amazing at rails doesn't make him "not that great." He slays in the backcountry and you don't just win joss at the age of 19 by not being that great(and yes he did do doubles there). And what's so bad about doing those pokes, thats his style and its certainly not "all that he does." One of the most well rounded skiers out there.

He's so goddamn good.  I mean he does everything both ways, and on top of that has the sickest style.  It looks sick, makes everything look kind of athletic.  The pokes are way sick too.

True. He got good so fast . . . In two years, the skiers he looked up to at Mt. Hood were looking up to him. But his attitude didn't change, and now he's hooking up his mentors. Last time I saw him, I was out of the scene, and he was and up-and-coming pro, but he still treated me with the same respect as when I was helping him with his 7s when he was 14.
