Lens Help for Samsung VP-HMX20C +K

Hey guys,

Wasn't sure if this should be a non ski gabber or media, anyway, I need a wide angle lens for my camcorder (see thread title)

The lens says f=6.3-63mm does this mean i need a 63mm wide angle lens attachment? Any help would be gratefully received, plus karma etc. x

63mm is the thread mount size, so you want to find a lens that either has a 63mm thread mount or a lens and then a step up or step down ring that makes it possible to attach it to your camera.

find a circle with a line through it, there should be a number beside it, thats the thread size.

hmm, I think that your filter has 49mm threads, which kinda seems like an odd size, heres the link.
