I thought that Ec was legit but was I wrong?
one month ago I placed an order for a shirt, a pack of stickers and two pairs of sunglasses. I received a tracking number when placing my order but it says it was shipped the 18th of june and the money was taken from my credit card that same day. When I use my tracking number to see where my package is, it tells me the same thing as it was telling me the 18th of june. Two weeks ago I contacted EC and I was told that my order would arrive very shortly. I am still waiting on my order and I was wondering if this is normal. If not, what should I do? Has this previously happenned with any of you with your orders with EC?
