I thought that Ec was legit but was I wrong?

one month ago I placed an order for a shirt, a pack of stickers and two pairs of sunglasses.  I received a tracking number when placing my order but it says it was shipped the 18th of june and the money was taken from my credit card that same day. When I use my tracking number to see where my package is, it tells me the same thing as it was telling me the 18th of june. Two weeks ago I contacted EC and I was told that my order would arrive very shortly. I am still waiting on my order and I was wondering if this is normal. If not, what should I do? Has this previously happenned with any of you with your orders with EC?

That is odd. EC is super legit. Have you tried emailing him again?

did you get an email saying your product was out of stock but you could pick a different color...same thing happened to me and 3 weeks later i got the origional color of the hat i ordered

but yea us postal shiping tracking sucks so thats why its not saying anything

No I did not. I live in Qc so I know it can take longer but even when I buy other stuff from the us it takes 1 to 2 weeks. It never took me that long to get my stuff so I know it is not normal. as for me writting an other email, I did write to his on ns a couple of days ago but I went to see his account and he did not log into his account since I wrote to him..

Try calling him
EC headwear is privately owned by one kid who does almost everything himself. He's bound to make mistakes but he's pretty cool so I'm sure that if you call him he'll get it straightened out.

yeah around the beginning of may i ordered 3 of the shirts that were being sold at the time, and he said he shipped it and a couple weeks later i emailed him and i guess usps lost it or something, damn snail mail, and he said he would send me a refund because they had the sale on all the stuff and sold all the stuff i ordered, so i never got the refund and then a couple weeks ago when the summer collection came out i asked him if i could 2 new shirts instead of the refund...and he said sure, he asked for my address and i gave it to him, and havnt really heard form him since, hes always been legit in the past, im sure hes just busy with hood and stuff right now, hopefully he gets back to me soon, ive been waiting to get some new shirts for a pretty long time lol, my old ones are fading ive wore them so much

So I got a pm from him today saying that my order probably got lost. I guess he is probably going to try and fix it when he comes back from hood, I hope so cause I really want my stuff !!

Yeah PM mattyb. I've kinda had some troubles lately with EC, just with refunds and stuff...but whatever. I still gotta be refunded another 10$ but for now I don't feel like PM'ing him again to remind him.

What glasses did you order? I pm'ed him wanting to buy the normal clear shades from the winter collection and he said they are all sold out, when the site says they are in stock. So if you ordered some of those and they are actually sold out, that might add to the time delay and mix up?

yeah i got charged twice on shades. then i email him twice. Took awhile to reach him. He said he would give all my money back. I havent gotten anything back. He needs some people to work with him so hes not all jammed up.

I ordered the old ones but 1 month ago I don't thing they were sold out, they are the blue ones and the red ones. But I don't think they were sold out cause I got a tracking number, maybe they got lost. If they did get lost, what is gonna happen? Will I get my money back??

holy shit, the same thing happened to me and i live in Qc too. maybe its a border thing, good thing i used paypal and got my money back...i e-mailed him too and said he'd throw in a free Tee for the problems but it still didnt work.

I also used paypal. How did you get your money back? If he sends me some other stuff I think I wiill ask him to use a different mailing company

ec is always legit for other than my shirt is rubbing off and i always loose them damn hats me but im hearing more and more stories of matty being unlegit

Hey everyone,
Please PM me if you have had any issues with an order. It has been an incredibly busy sorry, so please bear with us. Every order that comes into EC, I personally pack and ship, so I know that every order that has been placed has been shipped. Once it leaves my hands, there isn't much I can do to hurry to process. I'm am really sorry about people having trouble, I am doing everything I can to make things go smoothly.

seeing as you live in canada and its being shipped from the states there is the possibility that it got held up at customs. they dont always need a reason to check a package, and when they do they can end up taking a long time to check it, i once had to wait a month for a package to clear customs.

he says my stuff was lost in the mail but the tracking number never even said it shiped. so he just told me what ever. doesnt matter i got a free shirt from someone else and dont plan on buying from him again.

yes it does.  They do not update it basically until the day it is scheduled to arrive.  You will check the status on the morning of the scheduled delivery date, everything will show up w/ the times and such, and the package will arrive as soon as you close out the window.  That is what always happens with my orders.  I have had good luck with Matty B.

sent him a pm today, hope he knows if everything is ok or something went wrong. maybe im impatient cause im in europe and all, but it's been 2 weeks now without update on the tracking page so I hope my sunglasses are on their way

my sunglasses arrived this morning, apparently USPS doesnt update their tracking records for international shipments

I have to say im really happy with them, they look amazing, good quality, lenses seem to be excellent (the pictures dont do them justice)
