Yeah, not necessarily "online" but signed in. It would be cool for NSers who glance through the forums every hour or two to not have to re-sign in every time.

well i have firefox saving my pass and username. all i have to do is hit enter... i would like the option where the splash doesn't even open and i am already logged in...

like everyone said all you have to do is make it save your password and then all you do is
1. go to firefox
2. type in newschoolers.com
3. press go
4.press enter
takes a matter of what, 2 seconds

Yea, like every browser has a save your passwords option, and you can save all your passwords and usernames.

I almost always have Firefox running, so I'm almost always signed in. It works well, along with saved passwords and usernames.

ive had to login on my own computer maybe 20 times. every computer ive used has kept me logged in after i closed the browser, and when i open ns and go to the splash page i just see a "continue as mmallender." beside the username/password

My desktop keeps me signed in alllllllll the time. I can't turn it off (not that i care)
My MacBook only makes me sign in every time i turn my comp off. It's a comp preference somewhere.
