I need help getting a camera charger...FAST

So the story is our group was filming a movie for French class and when I had the camera somehow the charger went missing, I was moving at the time and all and I think it just got lost in the chaos. I've been trying to find a replacement for it now and my friend (and his parents) are getting anxious.

I've emailed panasonic and all and the charger + cable's gonna cost me 90 fucking dollars.
Is there any other way I could find a charger for less than that, other than getting one from Hong Kong for 9 bucks over ebay?

The camera model's PV-GS180, please someone help me...

Buy one used, go to your local electronics store and see if they can help you out, or possibly borrow one from someone you know.

radio shack. if they dont have it in stock all you need is volt and amp ratings (should be on the camera or they might know) ive gotten cheap chargers for half my crap there.

so I found a guy on craigslist selling the camera with everything including charger for 190.
If I buy the charger from a credible source, its gonna run me 129.

Just get the $190 off craigslist, if you have the money for it. at least you'll have a camera to use afterwards.

btw, i don't think you mentioned - who's camera is it? the schools? your friends?

Because having a camera w/o a charger is pretty much useless

Why don't you... buy the $190 camera+cable off Craigslist, give the cable to your friend as a replacement (prioritize this). Then, buy one of those cheap aftermarket cables from Hong Kong, then sell the camera+cheapcable? Then your net loss will be minimal, or even none if you can sell the camera for the same price.
