Good Music

I'm deleting all my music and starting new. Any good suggestions for classic rock, "hard" rock, alternative, indie, techno/electronica and of course, some good rap music? I know NS has a pretty diverse preference for music and I want suggestions of all kinds, I'm open to anything.

also if you like instrumental-based rock check out Jeff Beck - Blow By Blow. Listen to the whole album on some headphones. One of the best instrumental albums of all atime.

How is she supposed to sift through all this when she doesn't even know the genre of the majority of these artists?  Go post this same thread in Media and Arts and say what specific genres you're interested in.  You'll get much better results.
