Yeah so when ur sliding a rail normally like sideways under ur bindings what is that called cause i never heard of the name. Theres like nose slide and 5-0s but what is that called?

it's just grinding, if you don't specify a type of grind, it's assumed that that's what you're doing.

normal grind would be called a railslide. the nose slide is called a nosepress on skis. and you cant do a 5-0 on skis, unless im mistaken about what a 5-0 is. (its like a 50-50 but when you're just grinding on your front skate truck right?)
