so rule four of the skier responsiblily code says "Before starting out look UPHILL and yield to traffic". This seems to be the most ignored (that's debatable, ppl ignore most of the rules). Many accidents would be avoided if ppl just took a glance behind them up the hill before they started skiing. It also applies to the park.Â
