Replying to Fuck Xbox Live Support

Yea so a couple weeks ago my Gamertag was stolen(Spec Op Gangsta) by a hacker and I contacted Xbox Live Support the same day it happened and they said the xbox live investigations team would look into my case. They said they would update my through email. The first email I got said:

Your report of unauthorized access to your Xbox LIVE account has been received by our fraud investigations team. To help protect your privacy and account information, your Xbox LIVE account has been temporarily locked, and sign-in has been disabled. Your account cannot be accessed by anyone outside of the Microsoft investigations team. No additional charges or changes can be made on your account while we investigate. At this time, we ask for your continued patience as we look into the situation.

Please continue to monitor this email address for status updates regarding this case. We may send you email forms with additional questions or information to help complete the investigation into the unauthorized access claim as needed. If you have any immediate concerns, please contact us and reference the Service Request number indicated above.

I recieved this the day after I called.
So I thought everythin was gonna be fine but it isnt.
As they said no one will be accessing your account except microsoft. BULLSHIT,I called everyweek after asking if the case has been updated,they say "Monitor you email daily" Ive been monitoring my email for the past three weeks and have got nothing. I ask XBL support why is someone on my account when you say it has been locked, they say it is an Xbox live investigator. Why would and xbox live investigator be playing Call of Duty: WOrld at war? They hang up. I ask if I can give proof that it is mine such as my credit card number etc. and they say" our investigation team is currently looking at your case. Well they havent done anything. Im super pist because they fuckin cant do anything for me. Plus you have indian people on the phone who cant speak english for shit. End Rant/
