Going to the east coast and have a free day in boston, Does anyone know of anything i could do there to pass a day other than Red Sox game.

boston is knowm for its bars, but u cant smoke cigs close to the walls, its weird but awesome

i went there last summer, i was only there for like 5 days so i dont know much about it at all but like walking around in the city is so sick, the buildings and shit are awesome. also they have a pretty dope aquarium

the aquarium, they have some cool museums, freedom trail(if ur into history), and just walking around the city in general is sick

i live out side of boston  if u skate u should hit up boston harbor so many skate spots there ALSO go to the aquariame its fun ooooooo and hiy up fanal hall its a long strip wit food stands on booth side its the best and right down the street from the harbor, also u could go on a whale watching tour idk its all fun!!!!!!!

Haha wtf we did the exact same thing. I went last summer to Boston with my family for about 5 days and it is a really nice city, the buildings are really nice. Go to the aquarium like he said cause its a nice place to go if you don't have much to do and just walk aroud the city and find some stores, there are also alot of big parks to go relax in if its getting warm, cause when I went it was 90 degrees all week.

If you only have one day, the aquarium is probably your best bet. The just finished renovating the penguin habitat and it's ballin. Theres a few cool shops on Newbury St. but it's overrated and outrageously expensive. Faneuil Hall is pretty cool, some good shopping stuff along with some history and big buildings plus it's close to aquarium on the blue line (government center). And you can end the night eating dinner in the North End (Italian food). All the places post menus outside so you can see exactly what each place serves. Or if you're into seafood, pass on the standards like legal seafood and check out a place called "The No-Name" fresh lobster every day.

Thats what I would do if I didn't live here and wanted to some cool stuff.

i wouldn't say sickest "shoe" store. Real cool store, alright inventory. New York has better clothing stores than boston does (im from boston so no hate)

deff hit up quincy market and the north end.  pubs are sickk and go to the sox if you can, so worth the bills you pay.  also make sure you go to karmaloop and deffinately BODEGA, its a must.  sickest shit ever

yeah last couple posts ill just emphasize going to K-loop which is so sick because its like hood rat apparel in a really nice store...then bodega is even sicker but good luck finding if it youre not from aruond here.

I go to school at Northeastern. I would suggest Karmaloop, Johnny Cupcakes, and other stores on Newbury Street, spend some time around the aquarium / Downtown Crossing area, then go to the North end for pasta at the smallest Italian place you can find.
