So I went to the Apple Store so they could fix some issues on my Macbook. Well, the dude fixed what I needed and I guess updated everything on my computer. So I get home and hit iTunes so I can listen to some music. It's ALL gone. Nothing in my iTunes, nothing in my music folders. I am pissed. I call Apple Care and I search around my computer for my music with the dude, he can't find shit. Tells me to report a problem on iTunes. I do. Nothing. Three days later I call again and this motherfucker tells me he put on everything he can. 98 songs. So after three years of downloading shit and syncing CDs to my iTunes library, it's all gone.. My backup expired last year too so that is all lost. Maybe I'm the idiot in all this but I am extremely pissed off.
So if you computer people on NS think you're smarter than these assholes on the other line of Apple Care, throw in some ideas of where to look, because the Genius bar (you know, on the side of iTunes) still says that I have stuff that I've got off other programs/CDs not iTunes.
Any help would be lovely.
