There's a free gym two minutes from my house, so I should probably take advantage of it! I've always been the lazy type though, the only exercise I get is skiing in the winter and biking medium distance once or twice a week in the summer. I also take a multi B vitamin supplement with iron because I'm a girl and a vegetarian, and I read food labels carefully and buy foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals.
By the way, a lot of people overuse supplements and get too much protein. Most people need only .8 grams per kilo per day, and 2500 calories. getting two grams per day and 5000 calories is unnecessarily excessive in my opinion. I eat about 50-60 grams per day which is fine for me, obviously bodybuilders need more but this is ridiculous.
Also, educate yourself on issues in bodybuilding. body builders can have body image issues too. Ask yourself if you really need to get bigger and why that is so. You can say to yourself "I would never take my workout so far that I would develop
bigorexia" or "I would never overtrain myself" but it's really easy to get out of hand.
