Why do my torrents stop at 99% downloaded?

It's weird as hell and it only happens when I download cds. It usually stops at the magic number of 99.6% downloaded. The download just goes down to 5kB/s and nothing happens.

bad seeders? make sure you download files with a lot of seeders

Torrents tend to do this occasionally. Stop the download and then restart it and it should finish.
