Right so im almost 6'4'' so funnily enough im not close to being flexible which makes going for mute grabs a total nightmare. I a can grab truck though cause i spent ages stretchin but its kinda obvious what you need to do to get down to your toes. Basicly Im just looking for any stretches NS knows can help me make grabbin mute, guitar and octo easier. +k for helpin me out here

doesn't seem like there's a whole lot of stretching involved to grab mute. just tuck your legs up towards your chest and you should barely have to reach to grab mute

Its not that easy for me though... I dunno if it would help if I adjusted the forward lean in my boots but i lost all the stuff for that. Even when youre standing still at the top of a run in or whatever grabbing your ski, everyone else seems to be able to lift their legs higher and twist their ankles more. I reckon thats my problem right there. If I look down at your foot when Im tucking up I cant twist mine any more than 45º.

its really not that hard to mute, are your skis super heavy or something so you cant lift them up? But i would just reccomend streching out your calves

I'm 6'4" and I know what you're talking about. I like to stretch whenever. Just watching TV, texting someone, whatever. I found that it helped for me to do this thing (I don't know if it's a stretch) where you twist one foot around so it's parallel with your other foot, except your toes are next to your heels. And lots of standard stretching before skiing, obviously.
