URGENT: CLIFFSOK

Ok so Nick Tran (Cliffsok) is not the real person it's his cousin (Paul Pguyen) so all this time we have been pinning it on some poor kid. I have done some real deep research on the kid.

So please don't try and kill Nick that is my bad.

All this is based on his cousin that I met on facebook.

Though this is all still pretty sketchy and I'm trying still to get my money back.

No he made his own acoount (Cliffsok) and then used his cousins address and number (Nick Tran). Though his real name is Paul Ngoyen.
I talked to some of his family and apparentley he used Nick's eBay account a couple of years ago and that he was ripping people off with other ski gear.

Help me out I'm doing this to put this guy to justice and along the way I might get my money back.

I'm glad when I dealt with him, it went smoothly. I might have gotten the real Nick Tran... I don't know, but I'm glad my trade with him went well, or else I would have killed some people.

No real update Ralf. Though I have been talking to some of his family though due to the fact that I'm at boarding school I can't do it anymore. If you can add Nick Tran on facebook and ask him some questions about his family and Paul then we can delve deeper into the problem and find out the real person who has scammed us. You probably won't find the Nick Tran on facebook so I will post his e-mail now.

I'm fairly upset that there hasn't really been any support from NewSchoolers on this issue, for instance no one has been bothered to turn up to his house and it's only on the way to Mt.Hood and I know all you ritch kids go there for your summer camps. So now anyone who can give me a new lead on this guy will get +K and a PayPal award if you turn up to nicks house you might get a bonus. All I want you to ask him about is himself and his cousin. Paul.

 Don't you get it dumbass?  You are seriously pathetic.  I have dealt with multiple people on this site and everyone has gotten there shipment but you and another kid from Germany. 

Now your pissed at me because I won't refund you your money.  You filed a Paypal claim and Paypal took 300.00 from me and put it on hold till I could prove that I sent you bindings.  I showed Paypal our messages, with you wanting me to  shipp it to some alternative address.  Paypal still has my money dumbass, so NO I AM NOT GOING TO REFUND YOU ANY MONEY.


Also stop sending me messages trying to "threaten me".  I don't know how you guys can make open threats like that in Australia, but if you lived here the police would love taking up a day or two of your familys time asking those messages.

Give us some peoples Usernames that you have delt with and I will ask them personally if they recieved your item.

I've been talking to your family and they don't seem to happy with this. And I hear that you've been scamming people on eBay to so the authorities in America aren't going to be to happy with you.

And if you sent me the bindings give me a TRACKING CODE which you promised me. It's obvious that you haven't sent me my bindings because if you did you would have that tracking code.

People like you shouldn't be tolerated on this site and your like a fucking Cancer to Newschoolers and it's a big fat milagnint one spreading all over NewSchoolers. You should be erased from this site.

In America they wouldn't do jack shit because your the fucking bad one. The police should be sitting your Asian family down and talking to you.

he said he sent them away two times, could never give me a tracking number and it seemed like he was just relaxing until i couldn't do aything against him through paypal. he told me he got his money refundeed by the post office because of loosing my c-bars on the way to europe. then he sent them away and wanted to give me a trackig number, never happened and also doesn't reply to my pms.

it's really shitty that we, the poor people from outisde the US can't do anything against it because paying him a visit is more than the c-bars are worth.

i also don't want my c-bars anymore because i can get them on backcountryoutlet for 36$ now and i have paid way more than that. but if he wants to get out of that that's what i think he's going to do.

buy them on BC and keep the remained money.

don't let this one die.

NS fellows help a european out and don't be mad because next year there are x-games in europe.
