Best in-ear headphones

So i've bad the bose in-ear headphones for 2 years now and they were sooooo good.  But they recently broke, i put them through hell.  so i was wondering if anyone knew of some comparable in-ear headphones that are very comparable to the bose ones.  i tried apples's top of the line headphone and it sucked compared to the bose.

i had the rasta lookin skullcandy ones and they sucked, they blew out in a month and were really uncomfortable, finding really good in ear headphones is tough, good luck

i don't need a super loud headphone.  i just want one that has really good sound...like the bose.  alot of the cheap ones can be really loud and "noise cancelling"because of their tight fit.  Im not looking for that, just one with really good sound.

just picked these up off WM but ima only use them for skiing, cause the sound is not nearly as good as the bose.  Has anyone tried the real expensive sony's or other expensive headphones.  my working theory is the more expensive retail = better quality.  idk
