It varies a lot by the model. 3X should probably fit you fine though.

It really depends

some are huge and others aren't but I assume that at triple XL will be huge regardless.

eh it depends. I have a 4XL LRG and it was really fat and short. It was probably as tall as my Large jiberish hoddie. Plus the sleeves were really long.
