Boats cost big $$$$$$$$



a day pass at a cable park is $35 (at least at WakeNation) and the season pass is like $500.


SO spend 20+ K on a good wakeboard boat, or spend $500 on a cable pass? And you get a lot more time ridding with cable.

AS for wakeskis I'm not sold on them, as a skier I even think they look kinda goofy on the water and that wakeboards look better doing tricks. although I'm tempted to try some grabs on the jump skis next time I'm riding them.

I own a pair. I've also got a 5.5 ft waterski jump. The only time it really hurts coming off of that thing is if you land open on your ribs, otherwise it's not bad at all. They're fucking fun.

yeah i'm in the same boat...no pun intended lol. ive seen some sick shit on wakeboards, and compared to that these seem somewhat novel, sorta like those scootering videos. i'm sure its fun for the people in the videos, but im not really feeling it.
