look at the person's delivery address. then send something through usps or ups or something. you cant sent items through paypal if thats what youre asking....

yeah, just ask the recipient for their address, then go send it. as andyju said, you can't send something through paypal.

Paypal is a money transfer service, nothing more.

Go to the UPS store with your item and the recipient's address and you are good to go.

This is what I do.

I get the address I need to ship to, and print it out; I center their address with my address in the upper left (just look at your standard envelope, or look http://faq.usps.com/eCustomer/iq/usps/request.do?create=kb:USPSFAQ&view(1)=c{258ceb90-57e2-11dc-51b6-000000000000}&varset(source)=sourceType:embedded)
I tape it to the box/package
I go to post office, and hand it to them. They give me prices for different speeds based on the zip code and I choose the one I want. Pay, then leave
Then eat a burger or some shit.
