Line Invaders 09

I recently purchased a pair of Line 2009 Invaders.  I am 5,9 and 150 pounds.  I got 171cm skis are those to big?

they might be a little on the short side, if ur gonna mount them dead center, which is how they should be mounted. and they are pretty flexy, so if ur 150 lb then id´ave gone for the 179er.
anyways, dope skis from a legit company. the base is rad too.

i think youd be better off with the 178's.
im 5 10, 160 and if they came in 183 or so theyd be perfect.

theyre sick skis though, i really like mine.

I skied my entire season on 173 punx, which are pretty similar to the invaders (I had invaders before I owned punx) and I was only 5'3ish for most of the season. I would have gone longer if I were you.

Everyone likes different lengths of skis. Some on the shorter side, some on the longer side. You will be fine on 171s.

a good way to tell is if they come up to like your eyebrows or you're forehead then they're good.

Yeah man, they're perfect for you. Im 5'9 and I also ride the Invaders 09 in a 171 and I love them man.

they ride a little shorter but you should be fine... remember skill level is involved when choosing length... if you are a badass then they may be a bit short but since you asked this question im guessing you aren't a pro therefore you should be good

perfect size man i was 5'8" 150 last year and had 171's and couldn't of asked for anything more. which reminds me, i miss my invaders... maybe i'll find some money and buy some new ones

id go with a 171. i was the same size as you this winter (ive gained some weight and grown a lil bit) and i rode invaders and they were way too soft (maybe because i had skied on them the winter before too) and a little to short. this winter ill be on a 171 anthem i think you should go 171 as well.

invaders and anthems run big! listen to allen, 171 invaders are like 175-176 other skis.

no, go for the kung fujas in 189 or the atomic punx in 184.
 
the invaders will look stupid on a tall guy like you, and feel like complete noodles.
i wouldnt do it. IMO
