really sick trailer, editing was dope. i remember talking to some snowboarding friends this winter and asking if any snowboarders to pipe dubs and they told me that they've only seen one or two dubs and on was a switch double backflip (this is on a snowboard remember) and that was pretty much it. seems like there were a lot of dubs in snowboarding trailers this year. there were a good amount in "thats it thats all" though

snowboarders have been doing double corks for... well they've been doing them longer than skiers have (park skiers that is - them ariels folk have been doing them for some time of course). JP Walker back in Shakedown (correct me if I'm wrong). Followed by Benedick... Not to mention Benedick's little "competition" he held. "The Gap Session" where over half the riders were throwing doubles. Then of course Travis Rice took that shit a step further in That's It, That's All throwing so many variations of the double it's crazy. That man has more doubles than you can shake a pole at.

Oh, and I almost forgot - one of those Euro snowboarders in the Mack Dawg video two years ago (I believe it was two years ago. did a "double rodeo 1080".

So yea, my point is - snowboarders have been doing double longer than skiers, and there is plenty of documented proof out there.

i never said that skiers were doing them first, i was just trying to say that snowboarding doubles are becoming a lot more popular, so are ski dubs. i think thats what i was trying to say

sick trailer, and it sounds like its going to be sick quality, but i must say some of those shots arent deserving of RED and 3D. anyway, ive seen thats it, thats all sooo many times and their are so many doubles in there, its crazy. there is even a triple if i recall correctly

In snowboarding a lot of riders are moving away from doubles and really huge spins because it's all been done before. Now a lot of people are moving more toward style and making less insane tricks look good rather than competing in huge comps where you can only win by doing some crazy double or triple flip. They aren't becoming more popular just the people who do them are starting to be recognized by the ski community.

I'm definitely missing something. RED? That trailer didn't even look like HD. I liked that trailer a lot, but I thought the trailer that they released before (maybe the unofficial trailer?) was better.
