First hoodie. Need tons of help.

First off will a place like michael's work? How much is the hoodie going to cost. I dont have a ton of $$$.

My cousin has a company. i want to put his logo on there how would i make it look exactly the same.

You'll need about 2 meters of sweater material, so find out how much that costs, and then you'll need a special material called ribbing which is for the sleeve cuffs and the bottom of the sweater. Umm, I think you need about 1 meter. yeah that should do.
