So I'll preface this by saying that i was 5a varsity soccer player in high school, played year round, skied a shitton and didn't drink that much in high school. weighed in at about a lean 160
Summer before my junior year of college, i'm 172!? my muscle mass is generally bigger, per se, but I've definitely got some spare tire action goin on when I sit/ do crunches. I now drink more (duh, college), probably eat less healthy, and don't play socer/ ski as much (college in the midwest/poor.) WTF!!! anyone else got this problem? I'm running, lifting, ab-working my ass off but can't seem to get rid of this shit. any advice?
