FS: Black fold out futon w/mattress+cover (Boulder, CO)

I have a futon I'd really like to get rid of, it's in good condition and I still have the instructions/tools/screw/everything for it. The cover is removable and washable and the futon itself folds out into a bed. I've only ever used it to watch TV on and to pile books on. I paid $265 for it and I'd like to sell it for $100, but honestly the best offer will take it. I need to get rid of it ASAP.

Cash only, pick up only please (if really necessary and w/in boulder I can bring it to you though).
