Flatspin on tramp

i need help on my flat spin. iv done oen on acident, i wasnt really sure what i was doing. any videos or step by step help will be acepted. help i dont wanna die trying

this is the wrong forum but...

if your spinning left, drop your right shoulder and try to kick your legs around your left shoulder (for a flat 3). just try it, chances are you wont get hurt on your tramp

i dont know how helpful that is gonna be since theres not video but whatever
