switch spins

can someone give me some tips on how to throw a bigger spin when taking off switch? i can do switch 5's, but i just cannot spin fast and long whe tkaing off switch, btu i can when takin off normally without winding up at all...shoul i carve into it or what?

i'm doing it plenty big, it's just than after like 450 of spinning, i start to really stall
i can't get a realyl good, long spin going...

ok sounds good
but any advice for starting the spin well? i uisually don't carve into it, should i try that? or just wind up better?

break down everything about spinning going forward, and then apply that to a switch take off (shoulders and hips are key)

just remember that the first few times you land bigger switch spins they dont have to be the most stylish things, style comes with practice, i find to get past 5's you have to get a large enough jump and check your arms around, just keep looking......
