stretching always helps me ski better so i'm trying to work on my flexibility over the summer but I'm quite the procrastinator anyone have any helpful things to do without taking to much time out of my day?

yeah it's defenitely a good idea to warm up a bit before streching.... specially if your old like me.
warm up - stretch - work out - stretch is the way to go. and regularly doing yoga and core exercises will help your flexibility too.
