What kind of over the counter meds would be best for sleeping problems?

Take some gravol, or benadryl. that should make you sleepy.

neither are intended as sleep aids, but should work well.

What do you mean over the counter?  As in a back alley? Or on a front alley. Doesn't matter. I usually just smoke some weed, and that takes care of it. Hope that helped. And if it didn't, well, quite honestly, I don't give a fuck.

Ambien I believe works. Careful with that though, don't become dependent on spleeing pills I hear they can screw u up

I got bad sleeping problems. Nyquill and tylenol pm are pretty good over the counter meds but maybe you should try getting a prescription for ambien cuz its way better.  Otherwise (as mentioned) smoke some weed

no I get what you're saying.. like unisom or something? I wanna try something like that but haha I get so much accomplished being nocturnal. It's quiet, no one's up bugging me, but yeah dude it can suck majorly.
